Whiplash 101 was built to empower individuals to retool their destinies and reframe their futures. We are a group of people who have sustained traumatic injuries and we have all gone farther than anyone said we could go.

Hold unto your flexibility and sense of humor you will need it on the ride of life! It is seldom a smooth ride but you can be the driver.
